Marie Kline
Marie Kline brings more than 20 years of experience across human resources and operations, including the past nine years as a Global HR executive at Amazon, where she now leads within the company’s core AI division. Her career reflects a blend of strategic leadership, innovation, and a genuine commitment to building high-impact people operations at scale.
Marie is an active member of Impact100 Mobile, serves on the Board of Advisors for the Mobile Chamber of Commerce, is a member of the Eastern Shore Chamber, and is the co-founder of the Mahjong Magnolias. She lives in Daphne, Alabama, with her husband, Bradly, and their two children, Noah and Elijah.
